No. Pets and service animals are not permitted onboard for safety and sanitary reasons.
Yes, non-swimmers are welcome to enjoy the beach, boat amenities, and drinks. However, there is no discount as space is limited.
All guests must be barefoot onboard for safety and cleanliness. Exceptions may be made for medical reasons (clean footwear required).
Approximately 2 to 2.5 hours at the beach, depending on the itinerary.
The captain and management may adjust the itinerary (for example, Theo may go to Vieques instead of Culebra). If conditions are unsafe, the trip will be canceled and you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Most tours operate rain or shine, as tropical rain showers are typically brief. In cases of extreme weather or unsafe sea conditions, we’ll notify you and reschedule or offer a refund.
Your safety is our top priority. If needed, our captains may reroute to an alternate location (e.g. from Culebra to Vieques) to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip.
